Terrible Lunch

As i ever wrote before, my office gives everyday's lunch with a complete meal from rice, vegetables, meat, and fruit. And since beginning, i already noticing that the lunch is not that good in taste neither in size. But this couple days, i feels the food are getting worse. 2 days ago, they serves a taoge soup, can u imagine lil amount of taoge cooked in a plain soup with no other stuff ??? And today they serves an oyong vegetable without peeling it skin. If you never see how oyong looks like, it have a very hard skin and (in a proper cooking) you have to peel the skin off quiet lot. The other meal is small fried white tofu and 5 peices of chili shrimp. My manager who eats around in the same table with me saying that may be the caterrer using a newbie assistant who didn't know how to cook oyong haha...the other saying may be the caterrer are inspired by the information saying that eating a shrimp with its skin is good for health, so maybe they think eating oyong with a skin also makes u healthy hahaha...
